Just when you thought Deadpool 2 can’t get more interesting we get introduced to more characters that make the upcoming movie look more epic. In a new trailer released today, we got to see a bunch more characters that’ll be introduced into the franchise including Terry Crews.
Yup, that’s right. Terry Crews will be a part of Ryan Reynold’s new squad which he refers to as X-Force. This includes Colossus and Negasonic Teenage Warhead from the first movie. In addition, there will be other X-men characters joining the squad to defeat Cable (Josh Brolin). Also, Dopinder, the taxi driver, is back for Deadpool 2 which just adds to the lineup of characters.
Deadpool is actually becoming one of the most popular superheroes in the superhero universe alongside the beloved Iron Man, Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, and more. The thing that distinguishes him from the rest is his unfiltered mouth and his flashy style of weapons. Oh, and he also brutally murders villains and evil characters unlike the rest.
In the trailer, you get to see how Cable uses his abilities and what his motives are in Deadpool 2. He is after a kid that seems to have unique abilities, similar to a mutant. We don’t exactly know why he is after him but all we know is that Deadpool will won’t be letting that happen.
Directing Deadpool 2 is David Leitch who’s previously worked on movies such as John Wick and Atomic Blonde. This means that we will be seeing a lot of action with volumetric action sequences. The movie is set to release on May 18, 2018. Deadpool is a part of the Marvel universe so we can definitely look forward to him making a cameo or joining the Avengers cast some time in the near future.
