Tomorrow will be the kickoff to New York Fashion Week where you can find the most famous stylists and celebrities rocking the fanciest of clothes. If you’re into the latest trends and fashions, you can tune live through the Voke App on Samsung Gear VR from the comfort of your home. This live broadcasting will be hosted by Intel.

There hasn’t been any detailed information on what types of environment and specific sets you’ll be tuning into but rest assured that you’ll be seeing some incredible views. There’s also the option to view it simply in 2D through New York Fashion Week’s official site or through some of the other partner domains including “Erin Fetherston, Noon by Noor, Lisa N. Hoang, Dan Liu, Namilia, Marissa Webb, Band of Outsiders, Irina Vitjaz, Supima, Misha Collection, Prabal Gurung and Telfar.” Many parties will be participating together to make this broadcast a success.

This will be the first time that this event will be broadcasted live by Intel at New York Fashion Week. With the growth of VR technology, we can see it being displayed more at famous and popular events. 360 video technology through VR offers a solution where you feel more immersed into an environment than through traditional 2D viewing. We look forward to many more events being broadcasted threaded in 360 video technology and VR. You’ll be getting front row seats next to some of the most well known stylists and celebrities so stay tuned for the New York Fashion Week events.
