Futuretown is back again with a sequel this time called Cloudlands 2.
Originally created as a VR minigolf adventure, the sequel follows up with bigger maps and features to create a little more excitement while playing golf in virtual reality.
Cloudlands 2 builds off of the fun of playing and building minigolf courses and adds the ability to play full sized golf courses. You’ll have a putter, wedge, and driver and hit the links in the clouds at your disposal.
The game will include 54-hole single player campaign takes you through the Green Glades, Magic Meadows, and Reaper Ruins. Users will play 18 hole mixes of full sized golf and minigolf.
Another cool feature is the Level Editor with over 1000 pieces to build and make epic mini golf or full golf holes. You can create and upload your designs to allow other people to play your unique course. The sequel also allows for all existing Cloudlands 1 holes (2000+) to be played in the game.
There will be an Online Multiplayer feature which allows up to 4 players to play together. You can create a room, have your friends join, and play a few rounds of golf together. Local Multiplayer pass and play allows you and your friends to play together by passing one headset between you. In-game voice chat fully supported.
Cloudlands 2 is available on the Valve Index, HTC Vive, and Oculus Rift. If you are into casual play with some fun in VR, this might be up your alley.
