In 2 days the fate of the internet will be decided.
Are you a current Comcast, Verizon, AT&T, or any other ISP user? Well, you are about to face slower internet speeds, higher costs for internet, and have slow access to some of your favorite sites. That’s right, these huge conglomerates are about to chew into our Net Neutrality rights and throttle our speeds just so customers can pay more for slow internet access.
The image you see above is a real-life scenario that we all may be facing. Whether you are a gamer, a sports fanatic, newsreader, or just like browsing the internet on sites like Reddit, you are about to lose your own internet privilege due to FCC regulating the world wide web.
Oh, and ISPs will be able to track your every move.
Net Neutrality stands to make the internet free and fair for everyone to use. Without it, we will be facing a dangerous time where companies have rights to what sites you will be able to visit without paying a premium.
What you can do to stop FCC from overthrowing Net Neutrality
Right now, we all need to come together and battle for the net. The FCC just announced its plan to slash net neutrality rules, allowing ISPs like Verizon to block apps, slow websites, and charge fees to control what you see & do online. They vote December 14th. But if Congress gets enough calls, *they* can stop the FCC.
Please visit Battle For The Net and take action to save our internet freedom. It’s in all of our hands to stop the FCC from making the wrong decision on our behalf.
This will impact hundreds of millions of people in the U.S. and will forever haunt us if we don’t fight for Net Neutrality. Make sure to take a few seconds out of your day to make a change. Make sure to spread the word and tell every one of your friends as this impacts them as well.
